FREESTYLING!
Many of you from the April 30 group will be doing your first Freestyling meal this week. Congratulations!
Read the instructions carefully, and DO NOT over-eat. Your stomach has shrunk and you may become uncomfortable.
Also, avoid your TRIGGER FOODS.

Hi Dr. Kalia,
ReplyDeleteFriday is Day 18 of the program for me and I wanted to ask you about my freestyling plan. For a retirement event at work, the office is bringing in Smoothies from Smooth Tony's for everyone, so I plan to have a Smoothie that afternoon. I also was hoping to have a tiny filet steak that night, and a glass of nice red wine. And since it is a Friday, I plan to just have one freestyle day this week, and start on the Wed-Sat schedule in the future. Is that okay for freestyling?
I'm feeling great - was able to tighten up my belt another notch this morning!
Thanks,
Mary Ann

Mary Ann:
DeleteSounds good to me. A smoothie, some red wine, and a small filet is very acceptable. Make sure you have some green veggies or Ezekiel bread or some other source of fiber that day. Skipping a Freestyle day once in a while is also OK as long as you are continuing to lose weight. We will talk more about Freestyling on Monday - remind me!
